OUR QUALITY, ENVIRONMENT AND OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY
As GÜNSAYIL İNŞAAT TİCARET VE SANAYİ LTD. ŞTİ. We are aware of the fact that a continuous increase in our level of quality in for our hotel, residence, dam, hydroelectric power plants, irrigation, water supply systems, canalization systems, road, tunnel and pipeline projects construction activities, is an essential element in ensuring the satisfaction of our customers and employees.
For this purpose, our Company Management along with our employees are sensitive above the following matters:
Ø With training activities in order to continuously offer safe services the level of which awareness shall be increased and customers needs shall be met at the higher levels with our employees getting satisfaction from the work they do and working in a disciplined manner.
Ø In order to ensure the increase of quality, efficiency and profitability, team work shall be emphasized and sub-contractor companies we work with shall also be supervised and their participation in the team work shall be ensured.
Ø Not only in our company headquarters and our construction sites, but also in the environment in which we live as individuals, the environmental risk factors shall be minimized and protection and improvement of the environment shall be ensured.
Ø Because the continuation of life is dependent on the continuation of of the habitable environment, resources shall be allocated for the protection and improvement of the environment.
Ø All our employees, having the awareness needed for the protection of the environment, shall be directly responsible for their own and other employees' acts which are damaging to the environment.
Ø Our company management shall lead in Work Health and Safety and its continuous improvement and development shall be ensured.
Ø Work accidents are not unavoidable. Our employees believing that work accidents can be prevented and observing the established rules shall be their first task.
Ø Technological developments in the article of Quality, Environment and Work Health and Safety shall be closely followed up and shall be implemented in the headquarters and construction sites.
Ø Our Company Management undertakes to abide by all relevant standards, laws and legislation in our Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety activities, to prevent injuries and deterioration of health and additionally to continuously improve the application and effectiveness of the Quality, Environment and OHS Management Systems we are conducting.
